I had to wait over a month because the colour wasn't in stock, but it was worth the wait.

It went almost perfectly.

The chairs arrived quickly and well-packaged. No damage or other issues. The billing address field is a bit of a mess, and I pointed this out when placing the order. However, since everything is automated these days, there was no immediate response. Only after contacting them again did they offer assistance, informing me that it's impossible to change the billing address after the order has been placed. But that wasn't my concern; I simply wanted the invoice itemized according to standard German format. That shouldn't be a problem, should it? Otherwise, we're very satisfied...
Price, service, and quality are good to very good.
