Review: Order processing

Returning the chair is unreasonably expensive. I ordered the chair to try it out – but I’m not 100% happy with it – and returning it costs almost as much as the chair itself.
This isn’t customer-friendly for customers like us who need 100 chairs. I won’t be ordering any more chairs from you.
